“Executive Keys was the perfect place for us to stay during our Port A trip this past May. The hostess was absolutely wonderful. Welcoming and accommodating and she went out of her way to call us before arrival with extra info. She truly elevated the entire experience (and I apologize that I don't have her name!). The room was clean and fresh and comfortable. And we were just a 5 minute walk over the dunes and to the beach. I will absolutely be back... every chance I can get!”

“Absolutely amazing accommodations. I would highly recommend Sandcastle. We had a one bedroom condo with an amazing view of the pool and the gulf. It was extremely clean and well appointed. There were his and her closets in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and cups, coffee mugs, flatware, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and many other kitchen essentials. Our unit had a washer and dryer as well. They start you off with one roll of paper towels and some kitchen towels. They give you a fresh unopened, kitchen sponge, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher tablets. If we ran out of something, we just ask at the front desk, and they happily replenished. If you’re gonna wash clothes you will need to bring your own laundry soap. The staff and everyone we talk to that worked there was very, very friendly. All the restaurants and shops are close by. Everything is within a five minute drive time. We did not get a golf cart but purchased a $12 beach pass because you can drive right up on the beach. We will be back 😄”

“We have been going to Double Barr at least a half dozen times a year for the past 5 years. Patsy and her team are always friendly, accommodating and provide information about what’s happening around the island. We only stay at Double Barr when visiting Port Aransas. The cottages are all a little different from each other and have everything you need for a short or long stay. The cottages are very reasonable in price and provide a little home away from home. You are just a short drive from the beach and have your own quiet space. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There a fridge, stove and space to cook. The cottages have window unit a/c and a wall heater for the winter. On season and off, Double Barr is a great time. It’s clean, dog friendly, no shared walls, and parking for 2 on property directly in front of your cottage. Patsy and her team are always around to help if you need anything. 10/10 will stay here again and again.”

“Great location right off the beach. Good sized sites, clean bathhouse and a recreation hall where breakfast is served. Cell service is weak here, not something the RV Park controls. If you intend to ride a golf cart, stay off 361. Drive on the beach until you get north of ave G. The resort wifi is non existent to poor anywhere away from bathhouse and rec hall.”

“It was honestly a great trip, and the beds were so relaxing! On the last night though we did have to deal with some idiots blasting their music in the morning and in the night up until 11:00 PM, but that’s not really Life in Paradise’s fault. Since it’s spring break, there’s bound to be more people renting houses, and a small percentage of those people are going to be inconsiderate people. Overall, great stay!”

“We stayed at the Sunrise Beach Villa. It was one of the nicest and most beautiful places we ever rented. Our small group was made up of several people over 70 years old and the elevator was a great help for all of us. The place was exactly as described and everyone had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook any meal. The people in the office were super nice! Thank you to everyone involved.”

“Absolutely beautiful! We've been coming here for 30 years and always love it. Our pet friendly condo (6309) is beautifully decorated, granite counters, stainless steel appliances. Fantastic view of ocean and pool which is why we come here. The pool is amazing. Swim up bar is very nice. Looking forward to the resort getting the insurance claim resolved and see it in it's full glory again.”

“Friendly staff and nice rooms. We had difficulty putting the blind down and maintenance came within minutes to fix it. The pool is nice and I like that it stays open a little later than other establishments. We swam on a Sunday and the pool wasn't filtering (it was on Saturday) so there were bugs and debris in it and the jacuzzi couldn't be turned on. There was no one available in the office to turn it on. There were plenty of people swimming that day so it should've been running. Otherwise everything else was fine.”

“We have been coming here for family camp every summer for years! It’s hands down the most stress free way to do the beach with kids. They provide everything you need for beach; one wagon per family, set up shade and chairs, plus all the toys, surf boards and boogie boards you need. The food is amazing! There’s nothing better than walking off the beach and having an amazing meal ready for you. They took the best part of a beach vacation; the beach, and eliminated all the worst parts; cooking, waiting at restaurants, hauling all your stuff, etc. The programming in the evenings is fun too. We love to coordinate with friends and go together. Your kids will be talking about their time at family camp all year!”

“Everything was awesome. We loved it! The condo was beautiful... There is only one thing wrong. The guest bedroom has a mattress so big that I couldn't get on it. It was actually my son's room. He is 6' 6" tall and he had a hard time getting up on it. It also is so close to the closet that you cannot open the closet. The staff there was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This is my second time staying here! What I love about it: location to beach is awesome! Golf carting to shops & restaurants. The privacy & private pool! Large space! Two separate houses which I loved! Cons: as much money we are spending, I wish the housekeeping would pay attention to some of the dirtiness. Overall, GREAT house & can’t wait to go back next year!”

“This stay WOWed me, to say the very least. Absolutely gorgeous house with a matching gorgeous view 😍 The pool area has a family area as well as an adult pool for those without kiddos. There are so many options for a good time here. You won't be disappointed! *Mom Tip* Invite friends/family and split the cost of the rental. The house is beyond big enough to accommodate everyone. One room downstairs has 2 sets of bunkbeds. Did I mention that every bedroom has its own bathroom?! Pros: Beach & Pool in walking distance, Outdoor Showers, Free Wifi, Keyless Entry (codes provided after reservation), and the list goes on. Cons: Nearby Construction (though it didn't bother me and my family). It costs a pretty penny, but it's definitely worth it if you have it!!”

“Writing this review after booking another stay here…that speaks for itself. We stayed here in late Sept and we’re very very pleased with our stay. As a family of 2 baby girls, cleanliness is huge to us. We want to enjoy a vacation while also knowing that we have a clean safe place to call home for a few days. This place checks all the boxes. Our room was VERY clean, and I’ll admit I do like to nitpick..but I saw nothing to pick at. The customer service is AMAZING and very kind. We ran into a few different staff throughout our stay and each one always had a smile and asked how our stay was. Besides the cleanliness, the two pools are seriously awesome. One is heated with a hot tub attached, one is non heated which was a wonderful surprise to have a choice. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk with your own private access They also have a cute little outdoor picnic/fire area that we really enjoyed hanging out at at night. We definitely enjoyed the vending machines as well. We knew as soon as we checked out that this would be our go to vacation spot.”
