We DO take all issues seriously,(some people are simply unable to please), we do our very best with what we have and all shortages ranging from staff to supplies. We often comp anything that isn't to your liking or even drinks for simply waiting for your food (if the wait is longer than expected due to short staffing and everything being cooked per order). We understand you depended on us to have a good meal and experience while visiting Port Aransas. We are taking any incident seriously. The comment on the flies do hit home because I have tried everything. Our city will not let us move our dumpster further away from the building to help with the issue, along with our doors being constantly opened for the many many customers coming in & out. Not an excuse in any means, however , I say again, we are doing our very best. I appreciate your patience with us as we further work on all issues. I’m confident your next experience with us will be more to your satisfaction. I do hope you choose to try more than one before never returning. 🙂 My grandparents started the business long long ago, now my father and mother own it now after their passing. “Writing an overdue review as we spent a few days at Sea the View at the end of January 2022. We enjoyed our stay in the main level apartment. It was just as the pictures show, well actually even better. It was clean and cozy with plenty of room for comfortable seating around the kitchen table, the TV, and out on the patio. It was clean with a nice kitchen providing all we needed. We especially loved our short scenic walks to the beach. Perfect beach for walking and walking! Driving on the beach was a new experience for us so we did that a lot! We went to a few of the owner recommended restaurants and we thought they were great. It was just really fun hanging out in a new spot, we’re thinking we will visit again someday. Thank you!”

“I loved it. It was very cozy. Kitchen, living space, had a queen size bed, and a trundle bed. I loved the touch of two rocking chairs, little table and a pail or planter style with sand to put my cigarette butts out. That was a really nice touch for me. But pleasant for my daughter so we could sit out on this little patio and enjoy the night. when I go back to Port Aransas. I definitely wish to stay there again. Only 3 minutes from the beach. Pet friendly also. Daughter had her dog.”

“I booked an 80 min massage with Danielle, upon arrival I was greeted promptly and offered a refreshment. The massage started on time and Danielle asked about specific areas I wanted to focus on. Her approach was professional and caring. She then proceeded to give me the best massage I've ever had. I left there feeling stress free and lighter. There is also a small boutique on sight with some really cute items. My review is 5 stars and that is only because I can't give more. I would definitely recommend to others.”

“This was such a great stay we loved our vacation coz what’s a vacay with out a nice place to stay 🤷🏻♀️ Everything was clean and tidy. Beautiful decoration and colors loved how it was so coordinated. The kitchen is fully equipped no need to move your kitchen with u lol. It felt like home away from home so cozy and comforting! The owners were easy and nice to deal with we stayed in 2025 totally recommend that condo. The bedrooms were big. Great place to stay for a family or just u coz why not!! “Well I, Sandy Troskowski, visited this convenient store a couple of days ago for a cold drink and some shade for my dog. I was driving around looking for a shady spot to clean out my truck and seen that some of the pumps were out of order so I parked at one and went inside for some cool air and a drink. I went up to the counter and met a young, (not to be mean at all but) chunky, Hispanic woman as the cashier. She was nice, we started talking and I mentioned that I was looking for shade and I didn't want to pay for it. Perhaps a car wash to clean my truck out from days of sand and hotels. She took the time to show me on her phone a car wash that was on the island that I could use. I was and I am very pleased to have pulled into Snappy's that day for shade cause I met a kind person that helped me tremendously, those are HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS. I didn't catch her name but I am sure if u work there you know who I am talking about. I would like to THANK HER FOR BEING KIND AND HELPFUL TO ME AND MY DOG. THANKS AGAIN, SANDY TROSKOWSKI”

“Great Food! We stopped in here on our mini vacation and were not disappointed in the food. Everything we ordered was delicious. 😋 PROS -Good food -Reasonable Prices -Nice view of the bay and the boats -Comfortable seating -Their uniform shirts are really cool, and when we asked if they sold them as souvenirs, they said yes! Cons -Seating is outdoors and can get uncomfortably warm -You are outdoors so there maybe an occasional fly that zooms by or lands on your sandwich 😑 -The wait to be seated was about 15-20 minutes, not terrible but, but worth the wait -There was quite a wait for the food, but then again, it's HOT and FRESH when it arrives!! What we ordered: -Blooming Onion -Cajun Fried Popcorn Shrimp -Hush Puppies -Fried Fish Sandwich (the fries were amazing, but so were the mashed potatoes!) -Grilled Fish Sandwich -Crab Cake Sandwich Again everything we ordered was delicious and everyone left very full and very satisfied.”

“They keep the beach smooth keep up with the Porta johns and trash bins located at every and every other marker. They say they hold off grading for December and January. There are many beach access roads allowing easy access to the city, which is very fine also with many attractions. 3 days camping at a time allowed with the beach pass that can be purchased at any convenient store. Good for the year.”

“Gulf Breeze Trailer Park is everything you could want in a mobile home facility. Helen, the lady who owns and runs it, ensures a peaceful atmosphere with a friendly smile and as much, or as little, personal attention as you require. She, her son Peter, and their crew keep the grounds very attractive. The location, in the heart of Old Port Aransas, is in walking distance of shops and groceries and about 4 blocks from the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this small enclave and would not consider leaving.”
