“My mother and stepdad have lived here for ten years. They greatly enjoy the lifestyle. Exercise classes, singing groups, games before dinner, on-site beauty salon and of course not having to cook! Stepdad has had to move to memory care and they are very loving and care for him well. I ate dinner with them and had the richest meal I’ve had in a long time. Everything was cooked to my dietary needs and was delicious. The staff is very very kind. Families are welcome to visit anytime. There are always people and all the common areas.”

“LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I want to come here every week. It's so soothing & relaxing out here! Everybody got along even the Dogs, birds,fish and crabs were enjoying themselves. Such a Lovely place. And it only cost $5.00 per person to get in!!! I'm coming back real soon! The bathrooms were clean and well ventilated. They even have an area where you can park your car on the beach and relax that way.”

“I have lived here for two years now. The park is definitely going through a transformation. The pool and laundry room have been remodeled and landscaped. We now have a functioning security gate too. A private landscape company has been coming in to trim up all the palm trees and trees that never came back after the freeze. Karen, the regional asset manager says more transformation is coming. The next project is the recreation room. I'm excited to see what they do with it. I like that we have a private road that goes down to the water where you can sit and relax, throw out a fishing line, or launch a kayak. There are constant upgrades to the park that I have been noticing. It is a very large park and the spaces are larger than most. I was able to make a garden and have room for a shed. I like to mow my own space but the park offers your space to be mowed by the maintenance crew. They are working continously and consciously to get the whole park beautified. The most important part, I feel to note, is that the park has been doing their do diligence in cleaning up the park in more ways than one, and I as a single mom, feel safe and secure. Hats off to Karen, who will do background checks not only on residents but also employees of the park, to keep us safe and for making the park beautiful again.”

“If you're looking for a pediatrician, look no further! We are fairly new to the area and was recommend to try this pediatric office. When I called to make my appointment, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. On the day of our appointment staff members were very welcoming and patience with us since it was obvious that we were new to the practice. Everyone we encountered during our appointment were very professional and with genuine smiles. All my children (4yr old boy, 10yr old girl, 15yr old boy) felt comfortable and at ease talking to them. The location has plenty of parking, two separate areas for well and sick patients, the rooms are a good size that you won't feel claustrophobic with two children and staff in the room. The facility is very clean and well maintained. My children had their yearly exams here and I have also had to contact them in reference to some illnesses that may children have recently encountered. Every time that I have called and talked to them, there has been positive experiences. We have found our Pediatrician!”

“I had to have my IUD replaced and it is an extremely uncomfortable experience, in general. Dr. Kirkham was as gentle as possible and completed the procedure quickly. He announced every step and let me know what was coming next so that I could brace myself. He and his nurse were very patient and attentive after the procedure allowing me time to lay down and catch my breath before leaving the office. Overall it was a positive interaction and I would highly recommend not only Dr. Kirkham but also his Nurse Practioner Landgraf, who I have seen as well. Thank you very much!”
