We moved into our home in January and asked Russ to do the escrow inspection, but he wasn't able to access the crawl space under the house, so he inspected what he could. 10 months later and he remembered the experience, and was thorough in his inspection report. “Mark and Chelsea did extensive repairs to my condominium after the winter storm flooded 2/3rds of the downstairs. Pipes broke in my kitchen and dining room, and an entire wall in the dining room had to be replaced. Their work was so meticulous you would never know three large holes were cut into it to find the broken pipes. They removed the ruined laminate flooring and installed beautiful tile. I highly recommend their excellent work”

“We needed some updates to our bathrooms and the floor in our gameroom. The bathrooms had the flooring upgraded and added a backslash to the sinks. The gameroom had carpet added and the ceramic tile in front of the fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful with the selections. The installers were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after the install. We will definitely return to Springtown Floors when we need future upgrades.”
