“Replaced a gate and opening system. Seems to have done a good job, but we’re having trouble with the gate opening by itself during the day. We’ll see how it’s handled by Mike, but so far, so good on craftsmanship. We are pleased. 10/8/19 UPDATE: Called them about the problem above and a week later, a repairman showed up. Paid $105.00 for nothing. Still the gate opens by itself. Called again on 10/3/19 and have yet to see a repairman. Beginning to think I was too hasty with my good review. Beginning to not be so pleased. What good is a company if there’s no customer service?!”

“Colton from the Weatherford shop was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. He gave me excellent advice about tires, as this is the first time I’ve had to change a set of 17’s, my first all-wheel drive Subaru. He came out to the house, had everything he needed in his truck and was done in a very reasonable amount of time. He even showed up a bit early. He loves his job and is good at what he does. Prices are very competitive with other chains in town. Very happy with everything.”

“These guys rock! I called for help because our sink drains were clogged, we couldn’t flush, and smelly liquid was backing up into our tub. Ick! To make matters worse, an elderly relative with dementia had recently come to live with us and was utterly confused by the situation and the need to temporarily use our camping porta-potty. And did I mention it was a few days before Christmas, we had relatives coming to visit, and we were moving into several days of very cold weather? It was a nightmare! Laura from Chris’ Plumbing responded quickly to my call for help and since they were completely booked, she recommended another company. I called them and left a message, and in the meanwhile Laura kept my info in case they had a cancellation. They apparently did and a few hours later I got a call from Jeremy letting me know he was on the way. I also got a text with his photo (brilliant idea to confirm who is at the door!). He and his helper (whose name I missed) arrived promptly, got right to work, and had us up and running in no time. They were friendly, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. When they were done, the bill was a very fair price and much less than I feared. I cannot complain about a single thing and will absolutely use them in the future.”

“I love Welcome Home Retreat! Our group has been coming for several years now, and we all look forward to our crafting time. Sheila has created a beautiful space, which allows us to have time to focus on fun and crafting. Jackie and Don make us feel pampered with amazing meals topped off with fabulous desserts. Sandy is a mean homemade ice cream maker and does an amazing job embossing my photo albums. We love seeing Hamlet and Lemon Drop too. Time spent here is always well spent.”

“My boyfriend and just moved here and They had the cheapest prices. Our seller Mike was very personable and even threw in a free washer hose. When the delivery came; Adam installed our washer and dryer. We had to wait for the hose for someone else to bring the hose and the entire time he was a delight to talk too. When the hose came they even threw in a free dryer vent as a “Welcome to Texas” gift. Adam even ran a cycle for each to make sure there was no issues. I really recommend this family owned company not only for their price but, they go out of their way to make you feel like family as well. :)”
