“This place is amazing. I signed up for a month while I was visiting over the summer and it was totally worth it. All of the instructors are experienced and provide modification options for the various exercises. They are also so friendly, they get to know your name and care about you! The classes are diverse. The owner puts her heart and this place and it shows. I learned a lot and enjoyed every class- some are challenging and others relaxing. You can have it all hehehe.. The studio is clean and sanitized, can only speak the highest of this place. If you are local you should definitely give it a try!”

“This Doctor knows his stuff!! He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk with and takes his time with his patients. You can tell he cares a great deal about you holistically and is concerned with your emotional and physical well being when it comes to pain. His staff is amazing and on top of things and genuinely seem to like working together, which also shows great leadership. I was referred to him after another popular pain doctor in the area, has yet to call and schedule the appointment from when I was referred to him back in FEBRUARY!! (and yes I called and they said they would call when they got to it. no longer holding my breath!). You need to give this team a try!!”
