“I’ve unfortunately been around sports training rooms and physical therapy facilities for like 20 years. You get to know the different feel of them. I’m sure there are lots of local areas that are great for the kiddo athletes but when it comes to being slightly more seasoned, but with the same understanding of body and expectations there is nothing better than Daniel!! And the recent addition of hannah, Paige, and Jay has just made it all even more enjoyable!! I started and quickly left a closeby facility after an injury a year ago and was blessed to switch to srpt in willow park! Not all physical therapy clinics are the same!! It takes a staff that understands both people and bodies/pain/rehab to make a welcoming environment and this place has it!!”

“Everything about F45 Willow Park is worthy of 5 stars. The trainers and coaches do a great job of demonstrating the workouts prior to class and then motivating you throughout. The gym is very clean and well maintained. The workouts aren’t repetitive or boring. They’re hard and somehow they make it fun! I drive 20 minutes each day to go to F45 because it’s simply the best. There are many gyms much closer to my home but they can’t compete with F45. This is the best gym experience I’ve had in my life! I highly recommend the one week free trial! That’s how I got started.”
