“Everything about F45 Willow Park is worthy of 5 stars. The trainers and coaches do a great job of demonstrating the workouts prior to class and then motivating you throughout. The gym is very clean and well maintained. The workouts aren’t repetitive or boring. They’re hard and somehow they make it fun! I drive 20 minutes each day to go to F45 because it’s simply the best. There are many gyms much closer to my home but they can’t compete with F45. This is the best gym experience I’ve had in my life! I highly recommend the one week free trial! That’s how I got started.”

“This place is amazing. I signed up for a month while I was visiting over the summer and it was totally worth it. All of the instructors are experienced and provide modification options for the various exercises. They are also so friendly, they get to know your name and care about you! The classes are diverse. The owner puts her heart and this place and it shows. I learned a lot and enjoyed every class- some are challenging and others relaxing. You can have it all hehehe.. The studio is clean and sanitized, can only speak the highest of this place. If you are local you should definitely give it a try!”

“Very nice facility. Immaculately clean and updated/renovated. I was happy to see that they have a hack squat machine, and a variety of other unique machines that aren’t at other LT locations. Definitely a step up from the downtown Dallas location. The morning hours were a bit busy, but there’s plenty of room for everyone!”
