“I walked in today to get a steroid shot for poison ivy. There were 22 people in front of me. They said it would be a long wait. I left to do errands and wait for their call. Finally, I was told, if I came in before they “closed” at 8:00 I would be seen that night. I got my shot by 9:45pm. Who stays that late to help people anymore. Very impressed and thankful. My own doctor would not work me in!”

“I had some banking issues and went to our local Chase Bank on Horizon Road here in Rockwall. I usually just do drive thru and ATM but this time I had to go in because of my situation. Marsha greeted me at the door. They were super busy but she listened to me explain what was going on patiently. I got a little emotional because I had been waiting on a deposit to hit my account and it was delayed. In the meantime I had automatic drafts coming out leaving me in a terrible spot. She was able to calm me down and assured me everything would be ok. She immediately looked at my account and helped me with a resolution. Marsha is amazing! “Standard fare for a 7eleven gas station where you can obviously get gasoline and snacks. I like to judge one by their hot food quality and the speed of getting in and out. This one is a decent location because being right by the hospital means there is heavy foot traffic at times. I wish the parking lot were more accessible and open.”
