    This is the best Pilates studio in Rockwall. Brenda knows how to take care of your body. You get personalized training and you will learn how to do the exercises specific to your body needs. Give her a try! She is the Best!! 😃

    I went in for a consult and to learn about Pilates. I have some physical issues. Brenda knew exactly how to work with me and teach me the correct way to position myself. Her instructions were clear, concise, and she did not rush me. I left feeling much better physically after just 30 minutes of introduction work (my back was hurting me today). I can't wait to tell my husband and get back in the door for an actual session!
