I was not familiar with craniosacral therapy but after having issues breastfeeding our baby, my lactation consultant highly recommended we go see Jonathan. He was so kind and gentle with our baby and after one session, he was transferring over 3oz of milk!!
(May 2, 2022, 11:40 am)My wife, toddler daughter and myself have been long term clients of Body Synergy, specifically the Rolfing side of the practice with aspects of CST. I highly recommend Jonathon and can attest to his excellent manual skills, warmth and compassion. He is a calming presence and grounded indivudual who truly has a passion to help those in need. I also find him to be a great wealth of knowledge regarding the intergration of Rolfing philosophy and aspects of TCM meridian theory. The biomechanical musculoskeletal system is complex and most allopathic doctors down play its importance in pain, posture, gait and general wellbeing.. Jonathon takes into account all of the latter when he works with you.
(February 28, 2020, 8:21 pm)Absolutely love aerial yoga with Jessica! It is a fun and challenging class she is great at modifying to each persons experience level. The studio is beautiful and always smells amazing.
(February 22, 2019, 8:19 am)What a great place to get a piece of mind. The place is wonderful, Jessica is a wonderful teacher. Very soft spoken and very easy to follow. I would recommended Body Synergie to anyone for beginners Yoga and beyond. It was my first time on 2-20-19. The people in the class where so nice and encouraging. I cannot wait to go back. If it's a first time for you, try beginners Yoga, I bet you will love it too !
(June 25, 2018, 9:48 am)I went to Jessica's mixed-level yoga class, and even though I'm just a beginner, I not only survived, but I had the best yoga workout I've ever had! It was relatively quick-paced and a great challenge. I really appreciate that she will come to you and adjust your pose if she sees you're struggling. I live out of town, but I intend on coming back to Body Synergie SOON.
