Pluckers is known for their wings, wing sauces, and side dishes but over the years, their wing quality has been going down...

Lately, the wings have been coming out cold, shriveled, not crispy.. Extra sauce is one whole dollar extra.. And the prices have gone way up.

This location is pretty popular and gets packed every day at around 5pm, no matter if there is a game or not playing. Once there is a game showing, good luck getting a seat because people come early to secure a table and will sit throughout the whole game to watch the entire thing.

Cleaning is good. When they clean, they clean not only the tables but the seats as well and sweep underneath the tables.

Service is great. During my last visit, I left something on the table. My boyfriend got a text inquiring on the item and I hadn't even realized it at the time that I forgot it over there! After he responded confirming the item, they messaged saying their manager will hand it to me. I picked it up at the restaurant and the manager personally handed it back--I checked and everything looked ok. Our waitresses have also been consistently friendly

Went here around 2pm on a Saturday. Our waiter, Hunter, was awesome. It took a minute for things to get out... drinks, food, togo order but he explained to us the kitchen was behind so we were understanding. Really giving him credit for the communication about it, we've all worked in customer service so we get it.

Food: Everything was good... we had boneless wings, chicken nachos, but the appetizers were where it's at. Holy Macaroni & Fried Pickles, must have!

Drinks: We got here for the psychedelic frogs. 💚

It was a bit warm, but this is Texas... maybe just find a way for better air circulation. Also, I know things have risen in price & some people waste stuff, but wanting two types of dipping sauces or extra... having to charge for the second? Like honey mustard and ranch, or if you run out of ranch... maybe see if corporate can nix that.

There were some flys swarming, not too many but enough to be noticeable.
