“I enjoyed JJ's Corner immensely! After tasting some fries, which were tasty, I had the Catfish Alexandra (with a side of fries because...why not!), and it did not disappoint! The sauce was so flavorful that it made the bed of rice its own meal! This is a very spacious, nicely arranged establishment. I went on a Friday, there was no cover, no fee to park, and the DJ played the perfect mix of 90s, Blues, Rap, and R&B. There was never a dull moment. The patio party vibe was even more vibrant than the slightly more reserved atmosphere on the inside. I will mention that during my visit, the "specials" pricing was not up-to-date. They were handwritten on ad-board so can easily be updated. Confirm the true price of your selection when placing an order to avoid any surprises. The actual cost of my meal was not outrageous and totally worth it. It just minimizes confusion and enhances the customer experience when information is accurate. I certainly believe those who enjoy a night out of good music, food, and a mixed aged crowd should add JJ's Corner to their "places I want to go" list, and check them out! The earlier your arrival, the better your parking choice, as with most places. Friday's are free.....that means Saturdays are likely not 🙃😉.”

“I’ve been craving homemade Indian cuisine and this is the SPOT. I got the butter chicken and it was SO delicious, the spices is just immaculate 🤌🏻 definitely will be my go to spot. “Hubby & I haven't been here in probably 10-12 years. Last time we dined here, we left disappointed 😞 The quality of food was not very good at all. So, while we were in Arlington today, we decided to give this place another try. We are so glad we did! “It was my first time here and I will definitely come back to try other flavored wings. I ordered the Lemon Peppered wings, which was overpowering with the Lemon Pepper. I wouldn't recommended it. I prefer the Lemon Peppered wings from Wing Stop. The amount of tator tots, plus the wings, felt generous. You will definitely get full! Overall experience, I rate it a 4/5. “The server Tish allowed me to sample all of the flavors and even let me mix flavors to sample. I created a drink with banana and mango and a 3rd flavor (I forgot which one) but it was very good. The dirty rice was delicious, the meat on the turkey leg slide off the bone. I was not a fan of the mac & cheese. My plate cost $23 but it was enough food for two meals.”

“Yummy food! First time here, and we had a good experience! The food was tasty, and they had a lot of different options; however, choose wisely. They bring you a MASSIVE portion of one meat and will charge you if there is a large amount not eaten. I like beef tongue, but I wasn't trying to eat a platter of it. 😅 the service was subpar. We hardly ever saw our waiter, and it took a little while for them to come over after pressing the call button. Sometimes pressing it twice. Overall, not a bad experience. Just know what you're going into, and you won't be disappointed.”

“Pluckers is known for their wings, wing sauces, and side dishes but over the years, their wing quality has been going down... Lately, the wings have been coming out cold, shriveled, not crispy.. Extra sauce is one whole dollar extra.. And the prices have gone way up. This location is pretty popular and gets packed every day at around 5pm, no matter if there is a game or not playing. Once there is a game showing, good luck getting a seat because people come early to secure a table and will sit throughout the whole game to watch the entire thing. Cleaning is good. When they clean, they clean not only the tables but the seats as well and sweep underneath the tables. Service is great. During my last visit, I left something on the table. My boyfriend got a text inquiring on the item and I hadn't even realized it at the time that I forgot it over there! After he responded confirming the item, they messaged saying their manager will hand it to me. I picked it up at the restaurant and the manager personally handed it back--I checked and everything looked ok. Our waitresses have also been consistently friendly”

“Dining here for the first time. I was surprised to see the menu at first, because either the market price or the unit price is very high. But when the meal hits the table, those doubts disappear. The size is very large and the ingredients are very real. We had the lemon pepper quail which was perfectly seasoned and crispy. grilled beef wrapped I Hawaii leaves also tastes very special, very solid beef. The most amazing thing is crab fried rice, a large plate of fried rice with a whole big crab. The point is that they are all delicious! I read other people's comments about trying durian ice cream, so we did. It's really delicious, it's really like eating durian! Will come back next time to try different dishes. By the way, this restaurant is suitable for a group of people. Because it is family size!”

“Serenity is so awesome! Serenity was so kind and professional, I just had to ask her name to mention in my review because you don’t come across genuinely kind people like that everyday. I came today for a chai tea latte and I had to be a klutz and somehow spilled over half on my way out the door. I felt so bad and apologized profusely and a very kind gentleman that also worked here helped me clean my mess. I hate I didn’t get his name as well to mention because he was also very kind but the main point of this review is not about my clumsiness. Serenity made my order and before I spilled it, I tasted it and it was really great! Well I did get a new drink and it was really good too! I’ve had food and drinks here other times as well and the atmosphere it great. This is a bigger cafe with ample seating. I would say this location is comfortable and inviting. Thank you to all the awesome people at this location.”
