“The 5 stars are for the therapy team. Our PT Miguel was awesome. Very kind, helpful, gave lots of good advice and really worked well with our mom. The same for speech and Mrs. Kine. She explained everything so well and even informed us of some things that we hadn't thought about. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed her sessions with my mother. The OT was good too, but I don't remember his name. Most of the nurses were very kind and patient with mom. I'll come back later with names of the ones she thought was 5 star!”

“I have been visiting Dr. L for years when I get sinus infections. I really admire his bedside manner and his desire to problem solve where he takes in account previous treatments and medications which may no longer be effective. While no one truly knows a persons heart, his actions and demeanor appear to be consistent with one who truly cares. The wait to see him is generally over an hour once checked in, but if he is as sincere with all his patients then a long wait is just part of the process.”

“The pharmacy is on the first floor of my Doctor's office and it was so easy to go in and get my prescriptions and just go straight home. The pharmacists there had my prescription ready when I walked through the door! They're new to the building so I am glad I was able to support them. “I am very pleased with Dr. Rabjohn. This was my first visit with her. She was on time. She performed tests. She thoroughly explained my problem. She told me what to expect. She treated me. All of that and I was out of the office in just over 30 minutes from the time of my appointment. So often doctors have no regard for the value of my time. I find that it is not unusual to wait an hour or more before the specialist even comes into the exam room. This was a very refreshing experience.”

“I visited this facility today with another individual (they received the care). I am a registered nurse. I have never been to a facility that has the caliber of nurses and doctor that Arlington WCC clinic has. Everyone was just so AMAZING, KIND and so INFORMATIVE. Dr Kaur spent so much time explaining everything and it was obvious that she truly cared on a human level, she was just so kind and empathetic❤️. Our nurse, Nurse Scroggins was the BEST. She treated both myself and the patient with the utmost RESPECT and KINDNESS❤️ She too was so informative, extremely competent and very gentle. I could not more highly recommend a facility as I do Arlington WCC. From walking in the door, the receptionist was so sweet and accommodating. I can’t find enough words to describe what a great facility it is. If you need a wound care clinic you will not be disappointed, choose Arlington WCC‼️‼️ THEY ARE SUPERIOR AND THE BEST!! Prior to this I knew nothing about this facility.”

The nurse took my vitals, asked me a few questions and immediately started the ECG which took less than 5 minutes! Dr. Graceffo was very thorough. He did not rush through the visit, asked me questions and gave me the opportunity to ask him questions. I had a very good experience at The Heart Place!”
