I injured myself pretty severely last Tuesday and went to the Surepoint Emergency Center in Arlington early Sunday morning. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the entire experience was.

The receptionist was very friendly, and I was hurried into a patient room before I could finish initialing the paperwork. The assistant cleaned my wound. Then, the other staff rushed to give me a tetanus shot. The entire experience was much more than I could have imagined. They all made me feel welcome and it was an overall outstanding experience.

I had my head impacted in a bad soccer game, and the coach encouraged me to go to the Surepoint Emergency Center Arlington. I was nervous, but the nurse made me feel comfortable, and then the doctor came, and he was very kind and did a thorough exam. He asked some basic questions to check whether I recollected everything and how I ended up at the emergency center.

He asked me to get some tests done to confirm that there aren’t any internal injuries. Then, he recommended the in-house lab to save time and additional hassle. After proper diagnosis, they gave me some medicine right away and told me to rest for a few days before returning to school.

I am quite impressed with Surepoint Emergency Center Arlington. They came to my rescue when I suffered a stroke a few months ago. It is because of them that I am now back on my feet. When my children contacted them, they came in promptly.

They tended to my health with a smiling face every day. As I am a senior citizen, my recovery was slow, but they were patient. My body was paralyzed on one side, so I was completely dependent on the staff for my movements. I was treated with respect and patience, and I am happy with my experience.
