“Bought my ref, washer and dryer here. Guys, don’t waste time going to Costco in Arlington-they don’t deliver even if they have inventory. Lowes didn’t have anything in stock and would not sell floor display. Waste of time. Went to Best Buy and had awesome customer service. The ref I was buying was 3500 but I did join the Total tech membership which was 199 making the installation of my washer/dryer/ref free and my ref price dropped to 2700 because of the bundle. Also when I buy my TVs later the installation will be free as well which is usually 200 per TV. It’s well worth it to get the membership if buying several appliances requiring installation. They came on time according to set appointment, handled my appliances with care and professionally installed everything. Funny story went back to get an electronic kettle and they didn’t have any.”

“Kudos to Leah and Jake! During the freeze, a pipe burst behind the shower wall. Leah arranged for Jake to come out and cap off the water until the replacement parts come it. She kept us informed with excellent communication throughout the process. Jake, the plumber, kept at it until we had a solution and could use water throughout the rest of the house. It wasn’t easy, as he kept finding more leaks and had to tear out more and more of the wall. He was determined to find a solution and did! Thanks to both of you!”

“From beginning to end, my experience was beyond what I expected. Fired a contractor that barely showed up to my home for nearly a year. Hired this company and for one month non stop except for four bad weather days and Sundays, crew was at my home putting in 8 plus hours. Started 2/1 finished 3/4. I walk through my home everyday and truly amazed at the master piece they created. Everyday I would come in to check on progress, evertime they were working. I watched the young ladies with a small paint brush making sure to get the little space between shower tile and wall. I told my son's this company treats my home like it's theirs.
