“Dr. Pickel is a wonderful and caring doctor which delivered two of our children. Our first delivery was a little rough as my wife spent 36 hours in labor before having a C section. Dr. Pickel was supportive and there throughout the process. While the process was not what we hoped for we have a healthy daughter and my wife healed up quickly thanks to our doctors surgical skills. Dr. Pickel has a busy practice but if you need her she always puts her patients first and makes the time to see and counsel them. She is an exceptional doctor and would recommend her to any of my friends and family.”

We are opening a coffee shop and Mike and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, and knew exactly what to do to get our electrical rough inspection passed. “My espresso machine from 1982 broke around 1990. I bought it when I was serving in the USAF in Southern Italy in the 80’s. Soon after, I found myself at a restaurant called the Elephant club in Dallas’ Quadrangle area. Before leaving, I sat at the bar and asked for a espresso before the drive back home. The cafe’ was so good I asked the manager where she purchased their beans. The next morning, I took a long morning drive to Grand Prairie and got yelled at by the owner (Dominic) for throwing out my espresso maker and not repairing it. He gave me a lesson in waste and mindfulness. Mind you, having never met the man, I have lived in Italy and understand the deep passions of Italians as well as I understand myself. 30 years later, I have a great friend in the espresso business that knows more about coffee and the machines and processes that create it, than any other business owner knows about their respective product or service. I would trust Dominic’s professional opinion over anyone in this business.”

We got the 3 dip with queso, guacamole and salsa Verde and they were all so good. Nachos and tacos were also fantastic. Ready to go again. The pineapple reaper sauce was hot and delicious.”
