I ate at Anthony's, today, and had a very good experience.

First, to describe the place: pretty small (8 tables) building, but has a full bar, an openly visible (clean) kitchen, and all tables/floor/counters were tidy and clean.

Second, the food was good. Not amazing, but I don't think it's really fair to review a place on their pizza-by-the-slice, which is what I had. I ordered 2 slices, they came out pretty quickly, and were good. They were very large (1/8 of a 22" pizza), the crust was light and a little crunchy, and the piece that I added toppings to was loaded. The cheese garlic bread was VERY good (suggested by the staff - and was available in a single portion size).

Third, the staff was extraordinary. One guy was manning the front and taking orders. He was very polite and helpful, gave good suggestions, AND: although this is clearly an "order/pay at the front" type of place, he did that while doing a full service table-side order at one table with a couple of high-maintenance-type ladies AND bringing out food to all tables AND bussing all of the tables! He also checked in with me, several times, to make sure I was doing ok. (Owners: I don't have his name, but I'm sure you know who this guy is - you've got something extremely rare, there! I would steal him away from you and have him work for me!)

Lastly, the price was extremely reasonable: I paid under $16 (including tax) for an appetizer, 2 giant slices of pizza (one, of which, I added 3 toppings), and a drink. No question that the value was very high, here.

All in all, a very good experience. I'll definitely be back to try a full pizza and some other things.

Well, I never give 5 star reviews for anything. But I have finally found a pizza joint that actually taste like Brooklyn to me. I haven't lived in NY since '76. Never had a pizza come this close to home. Huge pies worth every penny! Go here if you like real NY Pizza. Thank you Anthony's for bringing me back home to delicious Pizza 🍕

Good pizza. Good cheesy garlic bread. Ordered cheese with extra cheese. It was close to being to much extra cheese. Which for me is just how I like it. It was very greasy which for me is good as well.

Elliptical equipment and machine weights are plentiful and easy to use.
Staff is wonderful.

I hadn't worked out since Covid -19 start Feb 2020. I decided it was time! I called ahead and was greeted by the friendliest voice who made me feel like it was okay to come and see. I got there, signed up and workout. All Covid 19 guidelines are being followed. The members are great! At the end, I even meet John with the Rotary Club outside promoting Pedal for Polio. Great experience.

YMCA Body Pump Classes. Body Pump is an awesome workout. You get strength/resistance training along with an aerobic workout in a 1 hour class. It combines music, fun, and friendship along with wonderful instructors.

Great facility for working out. Plenty of variety in equipment. Total workouts are easy to achieve for any age or fitness level. Very friendly, helpful staff. I really enjoy working out at the Airport Area YMCA!

Each and every Counselor is great and my daughter just loves going there each morning. All of the activities keep her busy through the day. My daughter can struggle when transitioning to a new location but their program directors Chloe and Leslie have been phenomenal. They set time aside to discuss my child's challenges and accommodated each of my child's needs without me feeling like my child or I were a burden.I would highly recommend Airport Area YMCA to anyone who may ask me!
