“I had an amazing experience here. The staff are very kind and willing to work on prices. I had a blowout this morning and ended up needing 4 new tires due to wheel alignment issues. Also needed an alignment and an oil change. I was not expecting all of those issues and honestly didn’t have the means for all of that today. They did their best to accommodate me. Im happy to say I will be returning to pep boys in Bedford off of hardwood for any future repairs.”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came from discount tire across the street who were insanely rude and refused to patch my tire without buying 4 new tires. Why would I need a patch if I buy 4 new tires? Why would I buy 4 new tires that I don’t need yet? Good year was amazing and patched the tire for me with no issue.
