“I just started my HOTWORX journey, and in the handful of times I have been so far, I love it. I have always been a weight lifter but was looking for a change in scenery. I also work a desk job and struggle with sore muscles and tightness in my hips. The recovery aspect of these classes is amazing. I love the Yoga, Barre none, cycling, everything I have tried has been amazing. Now let’s talk about the STAFF. The girl who signed me up was mostly why I joined. She was so informative and friendly. This was a whole new world to me and I was somewhat nervous finding my way around. The other staff members I have met have been so cheerful and kind. Angelique especially is extremely helpful and kind. This is my only HOTWORX experience, but I love this location so much! I see myself staying a while.”

When I call, I get an actual person not a recording. If I need something my needs are met very promptly. The loan officers are extremely knowledgeable and were a tremendous help with the PPP loans. Their involvement in the community is outstanding. We have established great working relationships with Worthington over the years. “Before I get into my review, I need you to know that I've only been to Lonestar Lube once. Also, I usually don't review mechanics -of any kind- till I've had many visits to determine if they're consistent with their claims of quality work, but my first visit here felt necessary to mention. The first thing that struck me about Lonestar was that they gave me a price quote on my oil change before doing the work. As weird as this is to be surprised about, I've gone to several shops for oil changes over the last couple of years and not one of them has quoted me a price before doing the work. Maybe it's just my luck, but I thought that practice had gone the way of the dodo. Another thing I was surprised about was the quickness and attentiveness of the staff. I was acknowledged as soon as I drove up and given instructions on what to do. There were about 3 people ahead of me and I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes to be finished. Finally, the last thing that surprised me was an attendant who told me that my air filter was fine. I know my filter is at least around 2-3 months old now so it should still be good, but I'm so accustomed to being told that it's in need of a replacement every time I get an oil change that it's shocking when told that I don't need one yet. As an added bonus (in 2022), they will give you a coupon to Mustang Elite Car Wash for $10.99 off any wash or one free basic wash. And Lonestar is located next to a pretty good Cajun restaurant (that didn't have a good working AC on the day we went, but the food was great). I'll try to remember to write an updated review after a few visits to make sure that you're aware that this first visit wasn't a fluke, but for now I'm very impressed with Lonestar Lube.”
