I'm so glad to have found Mid Cities Mustang! The entire team there not only helped ensure my Mustang was safe to take my family on Sunday rides, but also made sure the car was in excellent working order. Their prices were fair, and they finished the work in a week when I thought they'd need the car for at least a month. I've already put together of all the additional items I need done, and will absolutely return to Mid Cities Mustang for everything. When I picked up my car they walked me through what they had completed in detail, but not only that, they walked me back into the shop to speak to the mechanics that worked my car to share very detailed information that is unique to my Mustang and things I need to keep my eye on. I'm not just excited that Mid Cities Mustang will do all future work, but that they will be teaching me about the Mustang so I can be an even better owner.”

“This location ONLY has drive thru, there’s no inside seating area. It’s got to be because of how small the lot it’s located on which is great because it’s actually a tight squeeze from Main Street. And if it gets wrapped around it’s kind of messy. So you don’t want a lot of people lingering anyway. That’s got to be why they tore down the old one and built this smaller building. Perfect grab n go location! Regardless, my experience was a good one! I ordered through the ap and my drinks/food were all exactly how I ordered. No issues!”

“Sabrina, the pharmacist, is not only an amazing pharmacist but she is also genuinely caring, kind, compassionate, amazing, and a good listener. She is not only there for work... she really does care about your well-being, inside and outside of work. I've been very anxious and depressed, with so many worries that I can't control sometimes, but she offered an ear and a safe place for me to cry and open up about my fears and worries-- which I didn't expect at all when I called in to ask about my children's prescription. I've met many pharmacists but no one like her. Believe me when I said I needed her comfort! She didn't see me just as a customer/patient but as a human being. You really don't know what a person is going through emotional/mentally everyday. So grateful I came across her.”

I take back a star because the stores could be re-arranged to cover up the aisles without much merchandise. “We furnished our entire office with The Eggleston Group. The products the sold us were priced great and high quality. Thats the standard stuff you hear with every review. Whats impressive to me about these guys is how they fixed a problem when a now ex-employee of theirs really messed our order up. The owners (two brothers) drove out to our facility, looked us in the eyes, shook our hands and created fast action plan. They quickly resolved the problem and took care of us. This is a family business that is run right, by people that care about people.”
