They didn't have the correct tire size for a used tire that I needed, so they gave me a great deal on two brand-new Kumho tires for $110! “This is the best customer service I have ever had in my life. Joy is such an amazing person. Follow Up, call backs, input, pricing, suggestions.... she did it all. Very straightforward and honest, there was not any surprises on costs. The store has such beautiful merchandise, price range was reasonable. I am horrible at decisions, however Joy helped me out, by providing tremendous amount of patience, and showing me what was available, in stock, on sale, matching pieces to coordinate the style and color scheme we wanted. We are in love with our ceiling fan and fandelier. The fandelier puts out as much air as living room fan. Once you've paid, the communication continues with Joy. She still follows up and responds. I haven't had amazing customer service like this ever. She understood what I was talking about and her suggestions made a great difference. I could not give this lady enough praise for making the process so much easy. We will continue taking our business to Fort Worth Lighting with Ms. Joy.”
