Very straightforward and honest, there was not any surprises on costs. The store has such beautiful merchandise, price range was reasonable. I am horrible at decisions, however Joy helped me out, by providing tremendous amount of patience, and showing me what was available, in stock, on sale, matching pieces to coordinate the style and color scheme we wanted. We are in love with our ceiling fan and fandelier. The fandelier puts out as much air as living room fan. Once you've paid, the communication continues with Joy. She still follows up and responds. I haven't had amazing customer service like this ever. She understood what I was talking about and her suggestions made a great difference. I could not give this lady enough praise for making the process so much easy. We will continue taking our business to Fort Worth Lighting with Ms. Joy.”

“Yall! We came here to eat around noon. To my surprise dining room was open to sit in and eat. The customer service we received was great! We ordered the edge carnivore... the gentleman who made our pizza did it with love. It came out piping hot and delicious! It was so good. Yes, they cut your pizza in squares sometimes they come out in triangles but that's not really a reason to complain. When we're in the area again, I'd defiantly come back.”
