“Love the service from Jules and the young male that worked at the front the day before. They provided excellent service the duration of my stay. I would like to say that we had an issue with the cleaning crew knocking at our door before checkout. This was a bit frustrating and we expressed those concerns to Jules and she apologized to us on their behalf. Due to her excellent service we felt better leaving and will come back.
