I am more than pleased with the service. All of the staff were prompt, friendly and professional. The service advisor explained what was needed and a projected completion time. They were in contact with me by text daily advising of the process of repairs. My car was actually completed a day early. The repair work was completed to my satisfaction. “I purchased a block from ATK Engines back in May of 2018, I had some problems with the block. Contacted ATK, Brandon Simkiss approved the block for warranty return. Furthermore I dealt with Eric Smith, he was a great help! They assisted me with refund of my return shipping once it was inspected by their machinist. The whole process took about a month but it was well worth it. If I had to I would buy from ATK again, they're reviews aren't the best but in my case I was helped, and satisfied!”
