Women's Integrated Healthcare: Walters Courtney L MD

Dr. Walters is awesome. She truly listens patiently, gives helpful information, is kind and makes me feel comfortable... Something a handful of other local GYNs have not been able to do. My insurance changed and I temporarily have a terrible HMO, but I like Dr. Walters enough continue going to her and I'll pay out of pocket if necessary. I wouldn't even do that for my general doctor.

That being said, I have recently found it close to impossible to get ahold of anyone when calling to schedule an appointment. There should be no reason for consistently waiting 10 to 30 minutes on the phone to make or change an appointment, or speak with any office personnel.

If you're looking for a kind, patient, caring, and knowledgeable OB/GYN, look no further. Dr. Walters is absolutely amazing. I had to switch providers when I was 12 weeks pregnant, and I was so upset to be leaving my previous doctor who I had an established relationship with. In all honesty, the change could not have been a better decision for me. Dr. Walters is by far the best healthcare provider I have ever had. She welcomes questions, never makes you feel like any question/concern is absurd, and she is so knowledgeable about her field. I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Walters, and I am never left waiting. I am confident about referring her to all of my friends and family.

I loved my experience with Dr. Walters and this facility. I was new to the area when I found out I was pregnant and a friend of the family recommended Dr. Walters. I am thankful I followed through and went with her!!
Yes, as with ANY medical office, expect a wait. However it was never so long that I felt the need to complain or was ever late to work.
Never did I feel uncomfortable - the staff is super helpful & polite. Not a bad word to say about this group.
