Barry Alan Firstenberg, D.O.

Dr Firstenberg is the only reason I am a patient of Texas Oncology. He is patient, listens to me when I am in for a visit, and obviously knows his profession. I wouldn’t have wanted any other oncologist to help me through the cancer journey. In fact, my mother was also suffering from cancer and was with me for one of my visits. She was so impressed with Dr Firstenberg that she started seeing him as a second opinion oncologist. Before she passed, he would check in on her from time to time. He cares and that’s hard to find in doctors these days.

Very thorough and personable. Explains to the patient very well what is happening. Definitely know what he is doing! I would highly recommend him if you have the need.
