(October 12, 2020, 1:07 pm)I’ve been practicing bikram yoga for 16 years consistently. I am impressed by this space. First of all it is extremely CLEAN?♀️ The teachers are knowledgeable and on point. The community is friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of parking, and they have everything you need at the studio. This is a brilliant place for anyone... everyone, at any level. Bikram Yoga gives life long youth vitality, and vibrant radiant health. All ages shapes and colors practice here, I love it.♥️

Went here for two years while I lived in Grapevine and it did a lot to help with my flexibility, cardiovascular strength, and reduced my back pain. Bikram Yoga may not be for everyone but I would definitely recommend everyone try it at least a couple times. It just might change your life!
