Oscar alverez come to my apartment a couple times he went above and beyond to help fix my apartment he is very respectful and does quick and work that is done right
I have lived here since August 2016. They are an amazing place to be. Clean when I moved in, no bugs, and the maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner. When I've brought any concerns to the manager, she is always helpful and answers back right away. Amanda (our apartment manager) has been nothing but attentive to me while dealing with a problem I have, and I'm very appreciative of it. I feel very safe here and find it peaceful. They take care of the property the best they can, it takes all of us doing our part, but everything they can control they do. I'm about to sign my lease for another year, and really enjoy living here. I appreciate the ladies in the office to the terrific men who take care of our property and repairs, they notify you immediately if there is a repair issue happening such as the boiler needing a part, that's a lot of work for several apartments, so it happens, I appreciate the text and email notifying me and my family. We love calling Glen Rose Park our home!
