“So far so good for an older complex! It needs a few improvements, which I was told were coming soon. The grounds look very nice and Maintenance has been prompt. The neighbors are friendly. I just moved here and it's much more affordable than my last apartment, with about 200 more sq ft. I'm in a townhouse and it's spacious for what I need until the housing market improves. My only complaint so far is that the office doesn't keep longer hours, which can be inconvenient and the lighting in the parking lot can be a little brighter.”

“The food was so good, fresh, hot, well sauced and a perfect amount of salt on the fries! We ordered the pretzel bun burger! If you've not tried it, DO IT! “I will always love this place and these lovely ladies. My son, who is 20 now, ran away from home when he was six. Didn't want to clean his room. He took his backpack with some games, and a couple of dollars, because a man needs to eat. He went to Smile Donut, and placed his order. They served him, told him to sit down and eat, and called the police, who brought him home to his frantic mom. They are wonderful people, and their donuts are marvelous. Special place in Heaven for those kind and caring people.”

“I have lived here since August 2016. They are an amazing place to be. Clean when I moved in, no bugs, and the maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner. When I've brought any concerns to the manager, she is always helpful and answers back right away. Amanda (our apartment manager) has been nothing but attentive to me while dealing with a problem I have, and I'm very appreciative of it. I feel very safe here and find it peaceful. They take care of the property the best they can, it takes all of us doing our part, but everything they can control they do. I'm about to sign my lease for another year, and really enjoy living here. I appreciate the ladies in the office to the terrific men who take care of our property and repairs, they notify you immediately if there is a repair issue happening such as the boiler needing a part, that's a lot of work for several apartments, so it happens, I appreciate the text and email notifying me and my family. We love calling Glen Rose Park our home!”

“Been here for a couple of weeks while searching for an apartment and my stay has been great! The staff have been amazing and so kind, especially about extending my time, food, cleaning, and questions. Everyone at the front desk is so understanding and friendly! The room is comfortable and just enough space that I do not feel too crowded or overwhelmed. I love that it has a great size fridge, updated stove, and tons of pots, pans, silverware, and other kitchen items. Literally anything that you can think of is in the kitchen. If not, the staff is happy to help. Also, I love that there is breakfast every morning to get you started. The rooms do need a little bit of TLC with the floor being uneven in some parts, the same with the tub, and paint needed on doors and the walls. Overall I have really enjoyed my stay and will be sad to leave in a week.”
