She has excellent customer service she makes you feel welcome and also treats you as if your a friend she is super friendly which is great. I went today for another visit and will continue to go to her she also is great at fitting you in her schedule last minute both times I’ve went to her I asked for a same day appointment and Fefe has always put me on the same day schedule you don’t see that and I love that she is also a great communicator and even walked next door with me to the beauty supply to make sure I had the right hair to use I really appreciate that no one has ever done that for me. She went over and beyond for that. She is also a fast braider very neat braider and she doesn’t pull your scalp very gentle. Fefe is the best! Also great at payment choices also saves me from having to go to the bank:) which is a PLUS!! “I've been coming here for my fibromyalgia pain for about 3 years now. When I first moved to Texas 3 years ago, I was struggling with the amount of pain I had. I'd had bad experiences with other doctors back in OK so I looked around a bunch of places before I decided where to go. From the beginning, Dr. Nieves and Dr. Sheri have understood my pain and listened to me. They gave me different treatment options until we found what works best for me. When the pain in my hips became unbearable, Dr. Nieves recommended a procedure that could provide me some relief, and boy did it. That procedure was about a year ago and it has been a life changer. Of course, I still have pain throughout other parts of my body, but the treatment plan I'm on makes it manageable and so I can actually function at work and at home. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank everyone at this center for changing my life for the better.”

Each visit with Melissa was a comfortable, private experience where my husband and I could ask questions and discuss any concerns we may have had without being rushed or made to feel like any of our concerns were unimportant or irrelevant. We were able to listen to our baby’s heartbeat at each appointment which was a real comfort for me personally. I really appreciate the fact that they encourage the participation of partners and any children you may have. My husband was able to attend and participate in all appointments with me. I also appreciate the focus on mom’s mental health from day one all the way through postpartum. You’re encouraged to be vulnerable in a safe space and share anything you may be struggling with.
