“Shout out to Tom Thumb Pharmacy Manager, Charles Haynes. I tried to run a prescription through insurance on 12/31/21 and it would not go through Tom Thumb's processing system. This caused the prescription price to go up quite a bit. When I picked it up today, I explained the problem to Charles. He got on their system and was unable to fix it. So he asked how I wanted to handle it and instantly made it right for me. I thought I might have to hassle with them. Nope. Excellent customer service that goes a long way for customer loyalty.
