“I cannot recommend Schrader Plumbing enough. These folks are the best. After getting all kinds of crazy quotes and time lines for a sewer line repair, I called Schrader. I was promptly greeted by a live person, not an answering machine. I explained my situation and they had a technician on their way to me in minutes. Literally 20 minutes later, Wes Parnell was at my door. about 5-10 minutes after that, he had the situation diagnosed and quoted (quite reasonably, I might add) and the work was scheduled... for the next day! I had been told by others it may take a week or so. The customer service from the dispatch to Wes and his crew was top notch. I will not use another plumbing service other than Schrader. Thank you all!”

“We had two water heaters replaced. We shopped around and interviewed a number of plumbers, even the big name brands. I am so thankful we chose H and H Plumbing! They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it. We are going to have a water softener installed, and a gas line ran to the back patio for a grill. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. If you are needing plumbing work in the Southlake, or Keller area, and want it done right, give H and H Plumbing a call.”

“Zack H and Frank came out today to install my outside unit that needed to be replaced. They were very professional. They were very courteous they got right to work they replace the unit they help me get my phone hooked up to the unit so I can control it they had an issue with the thermostat being smaller but they handled the issue and got a solution and fixed it right away. They both did really well. I appreciate you sending them to do my air conditioning repairs.and Tyler was very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable. He performed his job quickly, and with the skill of his years of experience, I will recommend y'all whenever called to do so”
