They didn’t have the unit the I had reserved but instead gave me a bigger unit for the same price. Can’t ask for anything better. These people know how it treat customers and hope others learn from Public Storage. I would give them 10 stars if allowed. Appreciate y’all Joshua and Stacy. Have a blessed day!

Infectious smile, willing to help, and the best customer service! The property is clean, plenty of carts! If your looking for storage in Southlake! You have to use this place!
