“I lost my spare car key fob a few years ago and was quoted $500 at a dealership for replacement. Recently lost my remaining fob, so I called A-1 for service to my house. They ordered my fob ( not in stock) and called me when it came in. I told the man that I had since found my fob but still needed a spare. He told me that I could save money by driving my car to the shop to get the replacement programmed. The young man at the shop only charged me $125 for the job. Excellent company!”

“Daniel Taylor is one of the best drummers and teachers in the area. My 14-year-old son has been taking lessons with him for years now, even during the pandemic (virtually, of course). Daniel has shown not only been an excellent instructor but also an amazing human being. Also, my youngest son (7) has been taking classic guitar lessons with Mr. Bo and we are very satisfied with the early results he's been getting. He is very patient with little kids and has a great sense of discernment to look up at their particular abilities. “I ended up cracking the screen on my work computer ( A Mac Book Pro). I gave them a call and they were really nice and told me to stop on by to assess the damage. When I got there, I headed right on in and they took really good care of me. I’m not super knowledgeable with Apple but they walked me through everything and were very professional the entire time. Turns out it was under apple care and they had the screen in store to do the full replacement. I was notified a couple hours THAT SAME DAY that the repair was complete. Total life savers! “Our church had been a customer of two of the large national fire and alarm system providers enduring their many mergers and acquisitions and divestments. We sought proposals from several companies in 2018 to determine if better options were available. Aeon Security was selected, and we have only had the most positive experience with Aeon's services from the initial and follow-up sales and needs assessment visits, through the installation itself, and to post installation service when needed. We do not make purchasing decisions based solely on the lower bidder mentality. Cost is a factor, of course, but more important is the detail of the proposal, the flexibility to address our unique needs, the technical expertise and resources, and the availability and accessibility after the sale. Aeon has served us well in all these areas, and was quite competitive in the cost. Our church has had 4-6 construction additions or remodeling over its existence, making it difficult for any provider to trace all the wiring and control panels for servicing, let alone taking over an existing system. Again Aeon excelled - and they were able to determine the cause and correct a pre-Aeon installation issue we had with our intercom system. Several months after the switch to Aeon for our fire and alarm system. we contracted with Aeon to install 14 security cameras in our building. “Bought my ref, washer and dryer here. Guys, don’t waste time going to Costco in Arlington-they don’t deliver even if they have inventory. Lowes didn’t have anything in stock and would not sell floor display. Waste of time. Went to Best Buy and had awesome customer service. The ref I was buying was 3500 but I did join the Total tech membership which was 199 making the installation of my washer/dryer/ref free and my ref price dropped to 2700 because of the bundle. Also when I buy my TVs later the installation will be free as well which is usually 200 per TV. It’s well worth it to get the membership if buying several appliances requiring installation. They came on time according to set appointment, handled my appliances with care and professionally installed everything. Funny story went back to get an electronic kettle and they didn’t have any.”
