“I lived in this community for 2 years. When I first moved in it was under different management and there were some rowdy neighbors and possible drug activity. The new manager Quickly cleaned house and the place has really blossomed under Shayla's care. She always treated me kindly and made me feel like I was a valuable member of a great community. I even recommended the place to friends of mine who still live there. Thank you. I was sad to leave.”

This place is within easy reach of so many area attractions- Ft Worth Stockyards, Bass Hall, Kimball Art Museum, The Botanical Gardens, the whole cultural center of Ft Worth. “This place is very beautiful. It’s private and both times I’ve stayed it’s been quiet. I love this park. My dogs love coming here too. There’s plenty of things to do close by and the grounds themselves are very picturesque. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The park itself and the bathrooms and showers are very clean. Wonderful place to stay.”

Also a nice playground for the children. The manager Daisy, is awesome as well. She is there to meet the needs of the community members. “Close to most of the "Long Beach To Do" list. The Aquarium of the Pacific, The Pike, Pierpoint Marina, and tons of shopping and restaurants like and Yard House are within walking distance. So location is pretty good for an RV park. On the other hand the placement of this RV park is not the greatest. It's adjacent to the last exit on the 710 Freeway; bordered on the north by several 12-story office buildings; and bordered on the south by a mosquito estuary (j/k). Price is fair for what you get. Clean (mostly level) sites, pool, spa, bathrooms, showers, laundry, full hookups including cable, a little general store. Several maintenance & security on the grounds throughout the day and night. The place is entirely chain link fenced in plus barbed wire so we felt pretty safe! ? We only stayed one night but we'd come back again for a couple of days.”

“Howdy ya'll. I'm a newbie in the RV Universe but I do know a nice place when I see/experience one. I bought a new bumper pull in May 2021. So including the RV park where I purchased my rig just outside of Austin, this is my second RV Park experience and first review/post regarding such. I have to say that the bar has been set very high. From the staff to the overall cleanliness and praise...you know who...lots of shade trees, to the scope of amenities...this place was a great stay. It is nestled in a very nice area of Arlington with everything and all the stores that we've become accustomed to within a few short miles. The prices were on the higher end but that was made much more palatable by a generous discount for us disabled vets. Thank you for that. All in all it was a short and sweet 5 day stay that left a smile on my face. I would definitely stay there again. MTL”

“I have been living here for the past six years without any real issues. The management and staff have responded to the things that I need in a timely fashion. The park itself is relatively quiet with only the occasional person who causes an incident. There are officers that patrol around on occasion but, I don’t think they are part of the community. It’s good to see them in the area though. I can recommend staying here for sure. The trailers are good and the rents reasonable.”
