Anthony met with me and listened to my project ideas, quickly drew up plans to reflect them, and moved forward in a timely manner. He kept me updated on the project timeline, and any delays or issues were promptly brought to my attention. Once the project started, Anthony and his crew worked quickly but competently. They took great care to ensure the project was done to my liking, and went above and beyond to inform me of any issues they encountered along the way. As one example, Anthony uncovered a crack in the foundation after removing some flooring. It would have been so easy for him to simply replace the flooring without comment, but he showed me the crack and recommended a foundation inspection from an independent company for peace of mind. He also carefully inspected the rest of the home for evidence of foundation issues. You can’t put a price on that kind of honesty! I am very pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism, and the cost of my project. I strongly recommend AKN Design Group, and I will use them again!”
