“Gracywoods 1 was willing to work with me regarding transferring my 87 year-old aunt, a covid-19 survivor, from a Houston area facility. Special credit goes to the admission director who was patient and persevering, and who set up the transfer of the Austin dialysis branch and the 3-hour relocation by ambulance. No deposit was charge nor contract signed at the time. They fit the relocation in as soon as it was possible and these matters (invoice, contract) were resolved afterwards. They are also willing to work with me regarding the soon to come Medicaid transition. So far, they deserve a 5-star rating.”
