“Super course!! It’s not particularly long, but it is fun, pretty, and all about the golf experience. There are some difficult tee shots with risk/reward play. Has a handful of narrow greens, some w hazards just in front/sides, and a few sloping away, so some “golf shots” required. I was hugely surprised because the 3.8 rating is RIDICULOUSLY LOW. I did play at 2pm and was able to finish so I got the “twilight” price and I can only think some people may complain to pay $75 or public course can play slow, but if you get in the right time/price and just don’t worry about pace and have fun... you will love it. Also, I went in mid Winter so the foliage wasn’t especially “lush”, but I can imagine spring/summer/fall are gorgeous. Definitely coming back SOON!!”

“I've been here for nearly 2 years. It's been a great experience with little to no fuss. Rent is somewhat modest. Cable & internet are embedded in the rent whereas most other places you have to pay that separately and set up an account on your own accord. Staff are very helpful, the few times I needed maintenance, they were always timely and get it done right. They even handled the snowstorm extremely well. The worst that happened was 1-2 brief power outages and that was it. We had water and electricity 99% of that week. The only drawbacks I have; Number of parking spots are adequate, but a lot of them are compact. My parent's vehicle got towed one night from parking in one of these and were just barely protruding. Best to avoid these altogether unless you have a motorcycle or smart car. They're "gated" but I mean that loosely. The area isn't dangerous so I'm not concerned but the one time they tried using the gates they only had issues until they reverted back to leaving them open. No biggie overall. Those issues aside, the pros easily outweigh the cons. While I'm likely leaving to go a bit more south, I will miss the consistency this place has had during my stay here.”
