“I went to chuck out some jewelry on black Friday. There were 3 ladies working the department. 1 was helping a customer. The other 2 ladies sat and chatted for a while before 1 said she was leaving for break. The lady that was leaving for break decided to ask if I've been helped a we made sure contact as she passed me. She did help me with pricing and purchasing my earrings once I had her attention. 5 stars would be offering service once a customer shows interest in anything in the department. The customer can always say they don't need the assistance if that's the case. But offering assistance and chatting with coworkers instead can cause missed sale opportunities. I love my new 14k earrings though! 🙂”

Lots of pastries and wine available, but we were good, and abstained at that time hahaha. I had a piece of hair under my napkin on a side plate, and on the table. It was not in my food so no problem. Loved the bathrooms! Well done.”
