El Gaucho Winery

Very relaxing location, music, especially the outdoor dining spaces. Wine was ok, better than average Malbecs. Argentinian food ( variety of appetizers) was worth the price. Definitely worth going to.

I will say that it's a nice vineyard with scenic views - wine was really nice.

What you NEED to know before going, especially if you're attracted to the beautiful photo-shopped cover-pic they chose - is that they claim it's their vineyard in Argentina and not this place - which I find kinda misleading customers who choose to come here over the surrounding options. Just setting expectations and help avoid disappointments for others...

Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Not just good wine, but delicious food. We drove out from Austin and will definitely be returning. The chef cooks everything in an outdoor kitchen. Music and a playscape make it very kid friendly.

Good wine, good food, and a great view! I went on a Saturday around 4 pm and there wasn’t much of a crowd. We picked a table outside with a nice view, I’m not sure if they come to the table and serve but since no one came we went and ordered from the nice ladies inside. We tried a little bit of everything, the empanada was very good. Steak and lamb were delicious, my least favorite was probably dessert. This place is perfect for a date or any celebration!
