“Visited this church today because they prayed for our son who was in the ICU last week. The greeters were very friendly and informative, the members were friendly. The lightning was pretty nifty and my son loved the children's church. The pastor was excellent in delivering the message in a way you could easily translate the scripture to your life and welcomed us when we sat down. Only issue was while the music was great, we couldn't hear the folks singing at all.”

I was visiting Austin with a friend and came out one day. We immediately felt the love from this community. It is a very welcoming environment, and everyone went out of their way to make you feel loved. I enjoyed the sermon as it came directly from the Bible and was very relatable. Also I really appreciate the worship which was so powerful without the need for fancy equipment. I was blessed tremendously. “Everything is permissible - but not everything is beneficial. Everything is permissible but not everything is constructive.(1 Corinthians 10, verse 23). This church founded 30 years ago, to be exact, mainly for students of UT Austin campus. From very beginning of this assembly Ray and Clara( called by our Heavenly Father in 2009 due to aneurism) she who was with great love and mercy to each and every member of the congregation and she’s well remembered by the church body. Few years later pastor Ruth Lu join this assembly and work very diligently to serve the church as the apostle of our Lord, which made this church full of Lord‘s blessings and congregation body becomes more and more spiritually fruitful and fulfilling. There are youth pastor, Jewish Rabbi, senior missionary workers to sermon frequently, therefore, the assembly becomes the home for all Christian’s not just Chinese students but students from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and oversea Chinese. Numerous local believers attend to Sunday service because there is an excellent interpreter, jack, for the service, plus pot luck after Sunday service. The church is spiritually blessed and every event and service are all biblically based and spiritually guided. Thirty years is long to a human being because one can be fully independent but it’s a very short period in church history but with the guidance of Holy Spirit it will be a light house of our life with righteousness, peacefulness and hope. Love, Faith and Hope are always the guideline of this assembly. These are my words for its thirtieth anniversary. God bless all of us, our body is His temple. Amen.”

“Where to begin. Beautiful area! The services are really organized and the church offers an app to keep up with your note-taking skills if you want to take advantage of that. Services are typically 9am-10am or 11am-12pm with praise and worship lasting about 30 minutes and sermon another 30 minutes or so. Additional prayer time is always available but it is done in private and without an audience. Services are streamed on fb and YouTube and there is a wide variety of ways to get connected with pastors. Pastor Randy is also a great speaker and I always leave here learning something. I started coming here about 6 years ago and I haven't regretted it or felt judged by anyone-which is common in other places UNFORTUNATELY. There is no one here to 'kick you out', but instead you are welcomed with open arms. As a Christian, I appreciate that, no one is perfect and it isn't our place to judge. Btw! YES! The pastor will talk about hard to swallow subjects. He finished last year with a bang about hard to talk about subjects but don't let that turn you away-everyone needs a pastor who is willing to shine a light in the deepest darkest areas of this world-how else is he supposed to be a "shepard" for his "sheep"? I really appreciate that with pastor Randy! If you don't have a church family, I would definitely recommend this place and finding a new way to build your relationship with God. It isn't like other places.”
