He also provided a brief history of how mattresses have changed and gave us a list of benefits for each of our final picks. “Like most reviewers, I had confirmed service was bad or non existent after dozens of visits to this store. HOWEVER, this changed for me after my last two visits. First Ric approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. I was kind of shocked. Not only did he provide information about several things, he also walked me to places where products were. He also suggested rentals and gave me prices and schedules. This was awesome! The second time, one or two days later, Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly while he assisted me for around one hour with a complicated transaction. This while he was juggling other duties such as curbside. It appears management is now focusing on customer experience. I hope these guys get commended, incentivized and are shown as role models for their peers. A promotion and/or a raise would be definitely justified. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store even if it's not the closest to me (I just moved). Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work! 👍🏼”

“Our seven-year-old daughter has been training at Kuk Sool Won of Oak Hill since she started in the Tiny Tigers program over two years ago. In short, it has been a wonderful experience! The school owners + staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, encouraging and supportive. There is a solid sense of community/family at the school, from staff to students and families. The biggest impact we’ve seen to our daughter is a major boost in her confidence and courage; while it’s an excellent physical workout, the kids are also taught respect, control and responsibility. While we were sad to step away from in-person classes at the school during COVID-19, the owners did a remarkable job at pivoting to Zoom classes in the interim, and happily the kids are back to outdoor classes at the school (and park) again now. We feel safe sending our daughter as the school has taken great care to follow all precautions/guidelines. Kuk Sool Won has had such a positive impact on our daughter and we look forward to continuing to watch her progress.”
