“I had hernia surgery yesterday and the staff made me feel so comfortable. From the moment I walked in to being wheeled out to the car. Everyone made me feel safe and in good hands. And I can't leave out my Dr. Dr MacDonald. He is the best. I hope to never have surgery again. But if I do...I'm coming here.”

“This park is good. The only downside is not a whole lot of shady spots to sit as far as tables and benches are concerned.”
Address: 2611 Park Bend Dr, Austin, TX 78701, USA
“Fantastic hike that's just under 3 miles to Copperfield Park and back. There is no loop, rather the hike is shaped like a "U." We took the Trotwood entrance. Be sure to respect where you park because this is literally a residential area. There are multiple entrances like Byers or even at Copperfield Park itself. There are no trash cans except when you get to the park, so pack it in and pack it out. There is access to some water throughout, and the trails are mainly pretty muddy or sandy...so post-rainy hikes will be messy. Dogs must be on-leash, but I did see some dogs off-leash throughout the hike. It's a fabulously shaded hike that the dogs, kids and families will love.”

“We take our husky here to walk and it is always a great walk with plenty of smaller trails to dip off to the water when you need a cool break. There is plenty of shaded areas around the park and tons of squirrels to keep your pooch occupied. Throughout the day it hasn't been crowded at all and a must visit if you need a comfortable walk while social distancing.”

Address: 3900 Dry Creek Dr, Austin, TX 78731, USA
“First, the address of 3900 Dry Creek Drive is completely incorrect. There are only houses, with no trailhead and no greenbelt access at that location. I found access to the greenbelt at the corner of Dry Creek Drive and Westmont Drive. Still no trailhead there, no signage, with no signage of any kind elsewhere in the greenbelt. It's difficult to get lost. Still, it's a nicely shaded amble through cedar woods, close in to civilization and along the Dry Creek creekbed. There is some light climbing and stepping over shallow crossings here and there, nothing strenuous, but definitely not handicapped or wheelchair accessible. It's very close to houses on both sides of the creekbed. I spotted a couple of bird feeders, and a rope swing. The trail forks at one point and the rejoins further on. It's difficult to get lost. The trail peters out without any warning after stepping over rocks in a drainage swale.”

“Amazing pool with clean bathrooms and friendly lifeguards. My kids like it because it’s not cold like Deep Eddy! Zero depth entrance in baby pool is nice for little ones. Unfortunately it’s not open during the school year even though it’s still hot as Hades outside!”

“What is there to say about this place? Dumpling perfection? Yes. I live about an hour away from the nearest Song La. I have many dumpling houses near me, but I will gladly make the drive to this place for a few orders. If you love dumplings, do yourself a favor and come here. Simply amazing.”

“In the age of social distancing, my family and I actively seek out park areas where we can stretch out our arms and relax. Thankfully, Southwest Greenway offers the right prescription with plenty of nature without the long drive. Right now is especially nice, with few crowds and lots of wildflowers still in bloom. A must-see for anyone needing a little green space.”

“This is my happy place and it has been since I was a child. There is no better feeling than being at Deep Eddy in the hot Texas summer and spending the day swimming in the cold spring water and then warming up in the grass by the pool. Movie nights are my favorite and I’ll probably keep going even when my kids are grown as long as they still have them. I really hope it opens back up soon. I’ll be first in line to get in! I LOVE YOU DEEP EDDY!!”
