“I have a 2022 Dodge Ram Limited all black. It only has 22,000 miles and has been out in 2 hails storms. I took it to William at East Texas Hail LLC. The truck looks brand new again. I can't believe he got all the hail damage, 2 door dings and a deep scratch along the driver's rear quarter panel repaired. You would never know that there was any damage at all. “Honestly, an incredible experience at Benson's. Me and my crew were on a trip to Alabama from Dallas, and of a sudden our truck started overheating right at the exit where Benson's was located. Fortunately, we pulled off and pulled right into the Benson's garage and spoke with the technician Dale and Larry right away. They diagnosed the issue quickly that our water pump had failed, sourced the part, and got us back on the road under an hour and a half. As we hit the road, our engine temp and oil pressure are good as new, all thanks to those folks who made us a top priority to get us back on the road right away even though they might have had other work waiting. Spoke to Larry about golf, friendly staff. We got incredibly lucky to have this issue right by Benson's garage, but anyone stopping in with a minor issue can get back on the road with no worries. Thanks again!”
