He was very patient with us as I'm sure we were pretty selective on our travel trailer expectations . He also engaged and involved our two kids (11 and 5) in the process. Finance was a breeze. Mario was able to get our payments under what we expected by a few dollars. Steven in parts was very helpful in assisting us picking desires necessitates for our first time. Our service technician, Mike was also a pleasure to work with. He walked us through the setting up and operating all the components.
