I've loaded 100+ trucks here with detention occurring less than 5 times (only when a large # of people call out and many trucks show up at once). On your average day you are in and out in an hour. Aside that we did take awhile to get our drinks, we understood that she was only attending tables. Aside from that she made no mistake with our order & by the end of the night I forgot my bag. & woke up to my bag in my front porch. She must have saw my driver’s license & was kind enough to return. God bless her & I know she had a rough shift. Her name was Bianca. Most definitely be requesting her as our server she was the best server I’ve ever had.”

Another patron told me about discount tires and called them up to find out the wait. It was much less of a wait so I left the dealership and went right over. My service advisor Jesse went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. He was professional and courteous and empathetic. My vehicle was new and my mileage low so he called Goodyear to get a credit for the damaged tire which was still under warranty. This saved me money out of pocket.
