Service Tech did quite a bit of work for us - they were extremely professional, kind, meticulous to detail and were on time - every time. We are very happy with our shades!

ServiceTech designed and installed an integrated, whole house system for us which includes wifi, a/v, lighting, hvac, shades and security.

We have found ServiceTech to be highly responsive in resolving problems and issues, at all hours including nights and weekends. The technicians are easy to work with, friendly, polite and professional. They are conscientious about communicating and keeping us updated regarding scheduling, issues and resolutions.

I used Service Tech most recently to repair an issue with my Sonos speakers. They came out within 24 hours and made the fix while I was away.

Previously, they were struggling with supply chain issues and I did experience delays when I first moved in to my condo. The team stayed in touch and updated me every time they had more information. Once the items arrived, they installed everything quickly and with quality.

Fantastic service. Jeff was so incredibly helpful. He Worked very efficiently and quickly. Answered all my questions. And offered lots of advice about how to set up all of my television and media and Internet items in my condo. This was all very intimidating to me. But he made it easy.

Service Tech is one of the most professional companies I have worked with. Excellent customer service and most importantly technical know-how. Highly recommending them for very complex Low Voltage and IT Tech projects.
