“My son’s dentist (Dr. Good at Leander Dental) referred us to Dr. Smith at Freedom Orthodontics as our 11 year old son has all of his teeth in but some crowding resulting in his canine tooth out of place. Appointment set up was easy and their hours including Saturday made it easy to set up our initial consult. Dr Smith was very friendly and thorough with his explanation of his plan of treatment and explaining why our son would benefit from braces. Agnes (practice manager) was very sweet and explained our payment options as well as answering follow up questions we had. When I’ve had questions about his treatment they always explain in detail the thought process behind the plan that has been laid out. Recently my dog passed away and the staff were so incredibly compassionate, i don’t have words for how grateful i am that they were able to be part of his life if only for nail trimmings and booster shots. The company that provides ashes and paw imprints provided me with such a beautiful box for him and a nose print. If i ever find room in my heart for another dog, I’ll be bringing them to Block House Creek Animal Hospital.”

Keith cooked and drove us down to the venue and parking lot and Cindy served and made sure we had everything we needed.
