“I have been coming here for years now with my dog, the staff has always been kind and patient with both of us. When I’ve had questions about his treatment they always explain in detail the thought process behind the plan that has been laid out. Recently my dog passed away and the staff were so incredibly compassionate, i don’t have words for how grateful i am that they were able to be part of his life if only for nail trimmings and booster shots. The company that provides ashes and paw imprints provided me with such a beautiful box for him and a nose print. If i ever find room in my heart for another dog, I’ll be bringing them to Block House Creek Animal Hospital.”

“The concern and compassion that the entire staff has is remarkable. I live in Llano and but I visit my sister in Austin weekly. So my vet is in Llano. My point is I am not a regular customer. I have had two "emergencies" in the last 14 months and when I call them they get me in, which is just wonderful. When I had my first emergency other pet clinics / hospitals I called said no can't do it. When I called Avery Ranch they said we will squeeze you in just get here with her! But that was not all. It was just their overall attitude...THEY CARED! The staff there is amazing from Jennifer, to Alex, to the Doctors themselves. When I gave them my little four pound bundle of love I felt it will be okay, they really care and will take care of her. And they did. If I lived here, I would not go anywhere else.....I give them a 10 of 10, hands down.”
